Finding your way around the resident portal

The resident portal is your community's front door. Everything lives in the navigation bar across the top of the page (on a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open the same list).

What each section does

• Home — your starting point. Important announcements appear here as a banner so you can't miss them.
• Announcements — every community announcement, including ones you dismissed earlier.
• My Account — your balance and payment history. Honest note: this page is a placeholder today — it fills in when online payments launch.
• Documents — community documents the board has published: covenants (CC&Rs), bylaws, policies, meeting minutes, and more, grouped by category.
• FAQs — answers your board has written to common questions.
• Calendar — meetings and community events, with a subscribe option for your own calendar app.
• Amenities — pools, clubhouses, and courts, with hours and reservation requests where the board has enabled them.
• Directory — your neighbors, showing only what each person has chosen to share.
• Architectural Requests — submit a request before making an exterior change (paint, fence, addition) and track its review.
• Violations — report a concern and see reports you have filed.
• Rentals — if you lease out your property, your leasing status and permit applications.
• AI Assistant — ask questions about your community in plain English and get answers with sources cited.
• Settings — your phone number, notification preferences, and directory privacy.

Two small but useful things

The round speech-bubble button in the bottom-right corner sends feedback directly to the people who build AI HOA — bug reports, ideas, anything. And the Help Center link in the footer brings you back to these articles any time.

If you are on the board

You may notice a Board view link in the top bar. Board members can browse the portal exactly as residents see it, then jump back to the board dashboard with one click. Nothing you do in the portal view is hidden from you as a board member — it is the same data, presented the resident-friendly way.
