AI HOA provides community-management software for homeowners associations: records, financial tracking, communications, and AI-assisted drafting tools. Your association (not AI HOA) remains the operator of its community — boards decide what to send, adopt, enforce, and record.

Compliance checks, statutory citations, and AI-generated drafts produced by AI HOA (including the Georgia compliance engine) are informational only. They are not legal advice, and your association remains responsible for verifying legal requirements with its own attorney before acting on them. This is general information, not legal advice — consult an attorney for your specific situation.

AI HOA is beta software provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. During the beta, features may change, be interrupted, or be removed, and you should keep independent copies of records you cannot afford to lose.

Keep your credentials to yourself, use the service only for your community's legitimate operations, and don't attempt to access other communities' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Your community's records belong to your community. How we collect and handle personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.
