Creating your account and signing in

Most people join AI HOA through an invitation from their board. If your community is already on the platform, look for an email inviting you to join — it comes from AI HOA on behalf of your community.

Joining from an invitation

1. Open the invitation email and select the accept link.
2. You will land on a page that confirms which community you are joining. Enter your name, choose a password, and select Accept and join.
3. That's it — you are signed in and taken to the right home page for your role: residents see the resident portal, and board members see the board dashboard.

If your invitation link has expired, ask a board member to send a fresh one — invitations are easy to re-issue from the dashboard.

Starting a brand-new community

If you are a board member setting up a community that isn't on AI HOA yet, go to the Sign up page instead, create your account, and the guided community setup will start automatically. See Setting up your community for what to expect.

Signing in later

Go to the Log in page and enter your email and password. Two friendlier options exist if you prefer not to type passwords:

• Magic link — select "magic link" on the login screen, enter your email, and we email you a one-time sign-in link. Open it and you are in, no password needed.
• Forgot password — select "Forgot password", enter your email, and follow the emailed link to choose a new password.

Where you land after signing in

The platform routes you automatically: board members, committee members, and community admins land on the board dashboard; residents land on the resident portal. Board members can also preview the resident experience at any time — look for the Board view / portal links in the top navigation.

A quick accessibility note

Everything works in an ordinary web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone — there is no app to install. Text sizes and buttons are deliberately generous, and a light/dark theme toggle lives in the top bar if you find one easier to read than the other.
